Below is my response to Wilson Mading Koc ,
This guy is from Twi east of Jonglei State and I don’t understand why he ingenuously generalized the innocent citizen of Gogrial State.
I will not dispute all you clearly revealed, but instruct you to stop your generalization of people of Gogrial or any group in South Sudan, you can say their names when you’re sure to be heard loud. I'm really flabbergasted that future leaders of this beautiful nation wanted to destroy their names struggling for today, and forget what come tomorrow. So, don’t just create a box and irreproachably put people in, be careful.

Firstly, our generation is so much cursed and consecrated/blessed at the same time, the war started when some of us still at young age, grew up in war and got lucky to travelled far places as we both know. We had time to walk together, agonized in groups and learn to speak foreign languages; we didn’t hate each other that much.

Mading koc,

This is what you wrote, a political commentator popularly known as Isaiah Abraham was assassinated on 5th Dec, 2012, by what many believe to have been presidential protection units. This killing accelerated the already gone sour relations between the President and Twi community.

My response,

With all due respect, the death of Diing Chan Awuol traumatized many of us and the pain will never fade as I’m responding, he left an open vacuum and inexhaustible nightmare. I personally shared some articles with him in 2007-2009; we agree and disagree for the term of debate within approachable manner.

After the death of Diing Chan Awuol:
Posted 10th February 2013 by Deng Madut Akech

Murdering not our culture,

Many people have been murdered in a cold-blood in the past and there was no good reason to end their life in such a vicious way. No courts have been set up to bring perpetrators to book facing consequences and the warning to forfend this brutal behaviour. If Diing was killed because he consecutively accused those who are destroying our nation, this will turn against your family at a later date.

Diing Chan’s writing wasn’t a threat to anyone, but he wanted to show us that these things are happening in our nation; he painted the history of commentators and youths of our time. I thought South Sudanese took arms for the liberation of our country, but pointed same guns at their own citizens. How you feel when you slaughtered a son of you own?

The killing of a friend Diing Chan Awuol was such a cruel way for those who had hands in it to just cut his life short, those who got involved are murderous even today. I had no intention to write at the minutes, but I feel the pain like his close family because we both lost a hero who also took part in the struggle. Those who killed him must spend the rest of their lives behind bars if the rule of law is effective in South Sudan.

There was no significant follow up or operation done to track down his killers, it made me worried indeed that our nation will not move forward in term of protecting our own citizens. Some of you won’t believe that we have laws in South Sudan, however to put them in practise is deceased.

Importantly, one has to blame the top chair about these nonstop murdering targeting intellectuals and those who stood up to speak bad things that is covering up the face of South Sudan. A number of Journalists trapped in the same hole, when they were apprehended and presaged to give up writing or will be kill.

My response,

Life is very bumpy currently in South Sudan and only God knows how this chronic cancer of killing, will stop after we are in a world without clever Technology.  These arresting or intimidating Journalists had continued to take more lives and displaced a number of people, including my very close young man from my home town, we both gotten it all.

Mading Koc,

Mayen Wol is self-claimed viceroy of Awan-Chan and those who cannot reach the president can benefit from his loot of 400 million Dollars, banked at the basement of his house. For all intent and purposes, Mayen, is a close relative of the President and he is the Chief of Staff at the office of the President. He is reportedly under house arrest for making the public know there is grand corruption at the office of the President. He will be back to his office before noon, at least most people agree on that.

My response,

I truly believed and come to an agreement with you that, corruption had occurred in the office of the president, he knows it himself that these two men are most corrupted men in his office. Currently, Mayen Wol and Yel Luol are under house arrest. Not morally right if these men will be allowed back to President’s office when they have done this great damaged in our watch.  A vehicle would fell off the road, got fixed and back to the road, so I want to a sure you that these men will not make it to the office. I want to inform you that Mayen Wol is not related with the President, he is not from Awan as you erroneously said above.   Point of correction, you might have mistakenly taken him instead of Yel Luol who is from Awan, be sure next time.

Mading Koc,

The killing was a confirmation of what Twi has always suspected. Twi, has accepted the President to use his powers in a way that suits his emotions and feelings, he can isolate Twi, fire them as usual, deny them promotions or kill them if and when he wishes, but he needs to know the same venom is coming back to the people of Gogrial.

My response,

Your article is full of venom my friend as you personally wishing your own Jieng citizens of Gogrial anything bad is coming to them, swallow it brother, it will not give you any advantage.  You’ll understand that the game of generalising people will never work, it’ll not take us anywhere in South Sudan.

Mading Koc,

dumped for the likes of Tut Keu and Tor Deng Mawien, the duo who sold this country for 30 pieces of silver. THE TWO ARE POTENTIAL NCP SPHERE OF INFLUENCE in the government of South Sudan and that says something Twi and all the liberators are about the intentions of the President.

 My response,

I will not be visionless to say anything or replying to your statement above, it would have been good if those of Tor Deng Mawien and Tut Keu read this and reply to you themselves.

Mading koc,

Gogrial is blameable because they seemed to enjoy the tribulation Twi is experiencing under President Kiir’s leadership, if this was not the case, why is the Gogrial spiritual leader Ambrose Riny Thiik and other elders in that region not advising the president to change course on the way Twi is being treated.

My response,

Again, you strongly put the blamed on the people of Gogrial and I didn’t understand why you arrived at this decision without proper elucidation, when trees fall; we blame a squall or windy storm.  To enlighten you more, don’t blame the people of Gogrial, even innocent who are struggling to respire the air. I clearly want you to say their names, but Gogrial will never belong to these people, Yel Luol, Mayen Wol, Tor Deng Mawien and Riiny Thiik Madut.

Example, if I blame Mr X who comes from Ajuong and turn that blame on people of Ajuong-land, do you think these people are part of the circle?  I should blame one person, not putting a blame on the people of Nyopiny, Ayoliel, Kuac and Adiang section of the whole Ajuong, [excuse my spelling].

Personally, I will never write an article to generalise the Jieeng people of Twi East as South Sudanese become addicted to pointing hands against innocent people, we must stop. Your blame was unjustly that you didn’t prove to the readers and innocent people of Gogrial who have nothing to do with the current government.  Stop blaming everyone else for things that never a fault of everyone, but some individual as you had mentioned their names.

Mading Koc,

If Twi is being tormented because Garang comes from there, then what becomes of Gogrial when Salva Kiir is done ruling? It should be a food for thought to few brains in Gogrial if there are any.

My response,

Many of us left with physical pain, so don’t believed that only Twi citizens are they one seeing this mental anguish, this is vague.  My Uncle disappeared in 2014 when I visited South Sudan, his body never been found to this period, do you think I’m not from Gogrial you in discriminated?

I personally want us to be positive and work together as youth of South Sudan, let just stand on our own ground and speak the voice of peaceful nation.

Have a blessing day,

By Deng Madut Akech Akoon.

Thanks Comrade Deng Madut Akec.

I have received many responses on the article in question, there are those calling me names and there those praising me. All these are expected when you chose to relay the truth.I must however tell you that, i have no personnel grudge with the President, in fact he knows me by name, and to point out critical issues, must not be misconstrued to mean, one seeks change of regime. one complains when he/she acknowledges the government of the day...to that effect my uttermost respect to you and Gogrial people in general.

I however, find it difficult to comprehend though how the President can easily abandon the people of Twi, and expects them to  read from the same script with him, if you have no dispute regarding the facts i have mentioned in my article, about a sustained discrimination of Twi people in the government, then i believe different roads may lead to the same castle and so,i wish you best of health wherever you are.

Regards

Wison Mading Koc

How did Rwanda develop and buried 1994 genocide?

By Deng Madut Akech   How did Rwanda develop and buried 1994 genocide?     Historically, the smallest nation in East Africa has most blisteringly recovered from genocide of 1994.   Hutus are historically known for farming crops and Tutsis tended livestock like any other African tribes in the region.   It was a systematic murdering of Tutsi ethnic group who were innocently killed by Hutus as the world didn't act to halt genocide. they Rwandans gathered in April yearly to mourn for the lives lost as Africans and the world grieve with them unitedly. The tragedy was inhuman, cruelly, unlawful, senseless and violently devastating which bring an evocative image to mind or unforgettable experience of Rwanda extermination.     In Kakuma Kenya, we heeded and heard the news on the BBC focused on Africa as the genocide occurred in that part of the world. It was the first time I learned and heard of the word genocide, which mean the deliberate killing of a large n

May 16 tribute:

By Deng Madut Akech Akoon. 16 May tribute: I use this chance to honour our leader, Kuanyin Bol, who fired the first shot and was injured, along with Maker Jol Deng, who lost his life in Bor town, and the late Dr. John Garang de Mabior, who led the SPLM/A and fought relentlessly. The late Dr. John Garang de Mabior, leader of the SPLM/A, demonstrated unwavering determination in his fight. In May 1983, our leaders armed themselves and ventured into the bush to combat the Khartoum regime, achieving their objective. They engaged in combat with Gaafar Nimerir, Sadiq Al Mahdi, and Omar Hassan Al Bashir until they were victorious. From 1955, Joseph Lagu and other leaders fought together against our enemies. Late William Deng Nhial, was another instrumental in the struggle for self-determination of South Sudan. He painted our history until the Late Dr. John Garang began from where he left it, we're here because of them. Col Emmanuel Abur Nhial, who refused to join the tyrant government
